  • 140ft X 60ft wall to wall floor capable of 5kN/m2 loading.
  • Surface covered in any type of flooring as required
  • Seating around the sides can provide a viewing area of 12ft threequarters of the way round.

The Exhibition Centre

  • Size as for the Arena
  • Could be laid out with stalls around sides under canopy roof.

The Ice Rink

  • Size as for Pool but with exits on the long side.
  • Seating provided along the long walls.
  • Size to take 100 people on the ice at any one time.
  • Suitable for public sessions, privare parties, ice exhibitions and classes.

The Pool

  • 120 ft x 45ft
  • 3ft 6ins - 6ft.8ins
  • Heated 24C - 28C

By using a rising or removable floor, all the above situations can be created without destroying the raison d'etre.
